Refugee Invasion Is The Reality Of Things!

KRudd has abdicated all responsibility to stop the refugee invasion. So much for the election promise to discourage the boats!

Religious groups, refugee advocates and human rights groups work in tandem with our do-nothing governments; therefore, they become the "prime mover" towards anarchy.

Some recent revelations tell us that the so called small scale Third World type people smuggling operations, are actually a much more sophisticated and organised multi million dollar, large scale travel-agent-style people smuggling operation, involving corrupt government officals worldwide, religious groups, refugee and human rights advocates.

We have seen a Canadian church based group and others launching a "proud to aid and abet refugees" campaign in 2007, on the back of a US "humanitarian" worker being arrested in Canada for people smuggling. They will break the law to further their rabid bust-the-borders agenda.

Recently we had two Australians and a Canadian arrested in Indonesia regarding inappropriate involvement with the Tamils in the Merak fiasco. They were deported from Indonesia. Ironically, the Sri Lankin Tamils on the Merak have little credibility as the Sri Lankin government confirmed the Merak spokesman known as "Alex" was in fact a people smuggler himself-and that he was deported from Canada in 2003 for involvement with violent street gangs.

The statement also says "Alex" had been involved in people smuggling for a long time and had an office based in India. His brother, who is now in Canada is being sought by Canadian Police since he is also involved in people smuggling. "Alex" did not deny the allegations.

One lady from the Gold Coast Queensland commented on an internet site on the Merak boat affair: "These so-called refugees have so far threatened to blow up their boat, won't reveal their real names, hide behind children, blackmail via hunger strikes and then offer to grass their illegal co-offenders. Great future citizens of Australia! Imagine what would happen if a disgruntled Australian approached their local MP with all those threats if they couldn't get their own way" ?

We remember KRudd announcing the Merak issue in Indonesia was not Australia's problem and he flatly refused to have anything to do with it all. Yet less than a month later, as predicted by Australia First, KRudd has accepted into Australia the Tamils off the Merak.

Last week, the Australian Immigration Minister announced he was aware of a sophisticated people smuggling operation in Australia, with so-called refugees paying substancial amounts of money to get here. He was aware of a curiosity: that refugee advocates and family members had prior knowledge of "asylum seeker" travel plans and arrangements before their boats are intercepted in Australian waters.

The Minister vowed to prosecute anyone involved. He threatened mandatory sentencing for people smuggling-with 20 years imprisonment the maximum penalty and/or 220,000 Australian dollar fine. These supposed "new" developments have prompted KRudd to extend the powers of ASIO to border protection, with the power to tap phone conversations of suspected people smugglers. Still nothing concrete is ever done.

The Australian refugee advocacy group Chilout has confirmed the practice of sending out to media and politicians misleading material about refugee treatment in Australia in an attempt to "fire" people up. This pseudo moralist claptrap produces the angry mobs of recent times in Australia, wild protests, threats and intimidation outside Immigration Ministers` residences etc. These feral dross have no logical argument in favour of simply opening our borders; the only ammunition the refugee advocates have is to scream racist at anyone who even insists on the most remote notion of border control.

The goal is mad. It is to inalterably change and eradicate our culture and society. These groups think only of their self righteous mission without regard for the rest of us. The Refugee Action Coalition is the most obvious example of this. It is a gang of Trotskyite communists, churchies, druggies, lecturing on the need to allow all and sundry access to Australia. They engage with people smugglers and in conspiracies with others to commit illegal acts. They operate outside of the law. Yet they seem to operate with impunity.

The question we need to ask is: what happens when Australia descends into complete social disorder and anarchy?

And this will come in a decade perhaps. So much diversity that we will choke on it.

We say that groups like the Refugee Action Coalition are offensive to the human rights of disadvantaged Australians. They have no problem shoving their agenda down our collective throat. They don't care about our poor or sensibilities.

By their example does that mean that it is ok for the rest of us to disobey the laws as we choose? Religious groups and refugee advocates who chose to defy our immigration laws are criminals! It matters not what "higher law" they think they are obeying. They operate out of "sympathy" for the invading army of "asylum seekers" and refugees, by traitorously facilitating the invasion of our country. Might the day come when we Australians may be forced to break all "law" to defend ourselves from the chaos they have caused?

So-called asylum seekers are not refugees or heroes. They are parasitic scum. Why should our taxpayers` dollars be spent supporting these people who broke the law to get here and who just imposed themselves upon the Australian national family? Free housing. Medical Care. Legal help. Pensions. What lunacy is this ?

Why should we give effective amnesty to the people who aid and abet them? The refugee advocates are the vilest criminals Australia has. These people prey upon everyone to bleed every Australian of the fruits of his labour-for the benefit of utter aliens.

We have a situation here with a health system in collapse, a housing crisis, a myriad of neglected infrastructure problems and decling services for Australians. It is time we thought of ourselves. We don't see KRudd lifting a finger about it all and we never will. To do so would mean that he too-will be called a racist.

Wake up Australia! Being Australian can no longer be a matter of lip service. Fight back and yell it loud. If you don't know how to shout, just emulate the refugees; they're very good at it!

JAPANESE MULTINATIONALS THREATEN AUSTRALIAN WORKERS: Who Comes First-Australia Or The Foreign Bosses?

JAPANESE BUSINESS LEADERS HAVE ISSUED A THREAT TO AUSTRALIAN WORKERS, STATING IN THEIR JAUNDICED LANGUAGE THAT "A FRESH WAVE OF UNION MILITANCY THREATENS THE SUPPLY OF CRUCIAL RESOURCES AND BILLION-DOLLAR INVESTMENTS."

Australian nationalists know that some unions have raised workplace issues, compelled as they occasionally must be by the rank and file, which put the immediate interests of the worker at loggerheads with the profit-driven Japanese multinationals.

Australian nationalists know that attacks upon the union movement are seldom calculated to curtail a crook union leadership or to overcome some fault of industrial behavior. Rather, they are usually designed to make ordinary Australian workers subservient to the foreign bosses-particularly right now when the globalised economy totters on a knife edge.

Nippon Steel's Australian boss, Yoshifumi Nakata, said his company wanted assurances Australia would not return to the "industrial days of the 1970's" when Japan was "forced" to look to Brazil for key supplies.

The steel giant was "afraid and very concerned" that an esculation in industrial action would disrupt export markets, Mr. Nakata said.

"We are seriously concerned with the stable supply of raw materials, particularly iron ore and coking coal," he added.

This is all rhetorical muck that was used 30 years ago by the Frazer and then Hawke governments to attack, not a few corrupt unions and silly work-rules, but the tried and true structures of Australian workplace culture. We now live with the results of that foul attack: work contracts, visa labour, fewer union rights, intrusive courts and commissions and so on.

It can be rightly said that the Japanese multinationals are more concerned about what they can rip out of Australia vast wealth, with lowering the price of Australian labour and weakening proper conditions, than with any issue of industrial lawlessness.

Nippon Steel, one of Japan's largest steel producers, is among several foreign firms to express "concern" over growing industrial militancy in Western Australia. Indeed, some unions have called snap strikes and disrupted production work there in past months. And why not ? At the moment the unions demand fairness. The day will come when the Australian People will demand an end to the fire-sale of our national wealth!

The fear of the foreigner for any form of union activity comes as workplace relations, emerge as an issue in the next election. The two faces of the regime ( Liberal, Labor ) will vie with each other to promise the Japanese multinationals that they will curtail the unions and they will spin the Australian suburban voter wild tales about trade union thuggery stopping projects that will make us all rich-as their justification for stripping us of the right to freely associate in unions and fight industrial struggles.

Resources giant Woodside Petroleum last month announced it was suing the Construction Forestry Mining and Energy Union ( CFMEU ) after the union called an eight-day strike. The action halted development of Woodside's $12 billion liquefied natural gas processing plant on the North West Shelf. This project feeds Chinese imperialism and not just the Japanese. The union should be praised, not criticised!

With annual exports of $50 billion, Japan is Australia's biggest market. Iron ore and coal account for exports worth about $30 billion while LNG exports are valued at $8 billion. There is nothing wrong with trade with Japan, but there is everything wrong when the Japanese multinationals can demand openly that restrictions be placed on Australian workers and their industrial organizations.

The Japanese concerns were raised during all-day Australian-Japanese talks behind closed doors in Canberra last week. Japanese delegates directly raised the matter of Australia's industrial past. In their view, they want subservient unions like in Japan. They wanted assurances government would act against unions and workers.

Western Australia Treasurer Troy Buswell said: "Investors are growing very nervous." And such a worthy group of parasites these investors are! As if, we must run when investors crack the whip.

The answer of our traitor class is always to rule for the foreign master. The idea of establishing an economy for Australia is not on their agenda. Nonetheless, threats to the Australian workers may spread the idea of Australian Independence, the vision splendid where the ordinary people control their own wealth and their own country.

WARNING! To Australian Beef Industry.

Australia First warns Australian beef producers and processors attending the forum in Armidale NSW ( Feb.27 ), not to be conned by deceptive mouthings by Liberal/National representatives in attendance.

A pattern has formed regarding the Lib/Nat hijacking of farmers` issues.

We note a similar ambush by Lib/Nat's of the Peter Spencer "Farmers Land Rights Rally" at Parliment House last month.

Most curious, how it is not until after the deceptions/abuses of farmers by government, that these Lib/Nat's decide to champion the farmers cause. Up till then, they appear quite happy to go along with KRudd and his globalist pimps.

Farmers should remember the National Party deceptions of farmers is legendary and be vigilant, as the Lib/Nat's are also bed partners of the globalist "free trade" agenda.

Australia First warns all Australian industries not to fall for the 2 faces of government ( Lib/Lab ) "free card trick".

KRudd Prostitutes Australian Industries To His Globalist Free Trade Pimps !

MAD COW DISEASE ALLEGATIONS OVER LIFTING OF BSE BEEF IMPORT BANS!

Free Trade can kill you. Many Australians may die over the next decade as a result of it.

A Senator claims the Federal Government was pressured by the United States and Canada to allow beef imports from countries affected by Mad Cow disease-effective from March 2010.

Senator Bill Heffernan says an in-confidence answer to the committee revealed there were 37 communications from the Canadian and US governments since November 2007, demanding Australia allow their beef into the country.

Senator Heffernan accused departments of lying about why the policy was changed. "This is the greatest ambush of Australia's farmers of all time by a Government," he said.

"The evidence given at the last meeting was dead set lies."

"And for a proposition that this change in government policy is led by industry is a dead set lie."

An important risk assessment will not be carried out before the import ban is dropped on March 1.

Labor MP Simon Crean stated the move to lift the ban was "driven" by Australia's cattle industry. That was untrue.

Grazier Gary Radford who owns a number of properties is concerned about traceability. education and the speed of change. He says the risk that something could go wrong is still to high.

"And of course with no traceability, definately no genuine traceability, Australia really has a problem".

The Cumberland Livestock Health and Pest Authority says it's not just BSE that people need to worry about, claiming chronic wasting disease, which is also found in much of North America, is also a threat.

Senior livestock veterinarian for the Cumberland LHPA, Keith Hart, says government protocols will not protect Australia from being infected.

"There is no way you could put a protocol in place that would minimise the risk until the science is known. It might be 10 years or more."

With the Australian dollar at 90 cents against the US dollar, it would be unlikely to be a commercial proposition to import beef, said Chief Executive of the Australian Meat Industry Council Kevin Cottrell.

The chief US beef lobby group says Australia must defy the critics and push on with plans to allow beef imports from mad cow affected countries.

As critics become more vocal, president of America's National Cattlemen's Beef Association, Steve Foglesong, is calling for calm.

Senator Nick Xenophon is calling for an urgent senate inquiry to get to the bottom of this very quickly.

Bob Katter claims it will cost lives and industry.

Australia relies on Nations filling out a questionaire honestly where importers have to tick the right boxes.

Veterinarian Chris Beck says he's concerned how little say Australia has in the assessment process.

Interestingly, the 2002 guidelines from the US Food and Drug Administration laws state as there is no way to detect BSE in blood of people who have lived in areas affected; from 1980 to the present, they are not allowed to donate blood in the US. Yet Australian blood bank is telling Australians there is no risk to the blood supply from donations ?

Assertions this mad cow meat is welcomed by farmers, is testament to the increasing deception of the Australian Government and vested interest cronies.

Government failed to give the beef industry a say on import standards.

We see angry farmers protesting around the country, with farmers protesting last week in Lismore outside the Lismore Workers Club, where Deputy Prime Minister Gillard attended for a fundraising dinner. Farmers stated: "maybe we should start importing politicians, as Australian elected politicians have no care for the Australian people or farmers."

Independent MP Bob Katter states that Health Minister Nicola Roxon is ultimately responsible for this fiasco as bio-security matters rest with the Trade Department. The quarantine service is also part of this department as well ( not a very reassuring situation ). Katter stated "But they're quite happy that human beings be sacrificed on the sacrificial alter of free trade."

Let's feel reassured as KRudd guarantees us the meat is 100 per cent safe. Is that the ranking of safety he gave the insulation program ? Maybe he can give Peter Garret the Mad Cow portfolio ?

Consumer Affairs Minister Craig Emerson said that allowing the imported meat will help restrain the cost of living increases. But hang on: isn't the Aussie dollar comparable to the US dollar etc ?

There appears to be no end of hardship, injustice and lies KRudd visits upon the Australian people.

With an incubation period of 2-8 years for Mad Cow disease, will KRudd be around to accept responsibility for yet another of his deadly failed-policies ?

The Australian beef export industry is worth 7 billion dollars annually and now in jeopardy-along with 300,000 Australian jobs.

The human varient CJD resultant from human exposure to BSE infected meat is a fatal disease predicated on real suffering.

Independant expert John Mathews, said there are: "increasing concerns that a second wave of BSE infections in the UK may be on the horizon. ( a comforting thought? )

In BSE infected countries the tests performed at slaughter are not sensitive enough. Therefore they are not 100% accurate-which means the risk is real that the disease will find its way into Australia.

Meat pies made in Australia with the imported meat will not have to label as such. If the pie is made here it will say on the packaging: Made in Australia. No-one will know if they have eaten mad cow meat until it is to late.

Free Trade might be "free", it just isn't fair!

Our Position

We publish here the full version of a letter published recently in the Wagga Wagga Daily Advertiser. We felt that the full version should be read by our friends ( Ed. )

I am saddened that the materials published by Australia First do not come up to the high standards imposed by your correspondent, Mr. Fletcher ( DA Feb 17 ). Having read his paean of hate, I wonder why he should bother to criticise us ?

He happily reports that our websites are "blocked" by "service providers" ( read; certain libraries and public access internet ). So much for the former conduct of those he decried - in Nazi Germany, the Soviet Union etc. The multiculturalist advocates are obviously the ones in fear.

Indeed, we are in the stage of our party growth not a frameworked structure, but our cause springs from eternal Australian political traditions. Our economic and social policy is in the tradition of the former labour movement and the names of Jack Lang, Frank Anstey and Ben Chifley travel with us.

Mr. Fletcher said that the old One Nation was no victim of conspiracy, but of internal fundraising methods. Really ? Perhaps a Commission of Inquiry was needed to get to the shadowy world of "Australians For Honest Politics" which was behind the Hanson Trial and which the Opposition Leader is still very silent about. Yet, I can assure Mr. Fletcher, we are not One Nation, but a hardier beast.

I say that Mr. Fletcher's letter reveals much about a refugee advocate: attempts to confuse certain migrant arrivals with others, an assertion there are powerful groups we would not dare to antagonise and hence the claim we pick on the unfortunate; allusions to personal superiority and victimhood.

Mr Fletcher might remember the words of Arthur Calwell who said that people living under injustice should not consider migrating to Australia, but struggle to right the wrongs of their own lands. And since then, the "refugee" population has just exploded. I would say that to end poverty, injustice and war, it is right for some to take up the gun themselves.

Published "Without Fear Nor Favour".

THE EGALITARIAN SOCIETY (R. Johnson)

( We publish an article received by e-mail to our office today , it was contributed by a Riverina resident who has worked in social situations ).

Recent contributions to the Wagga Wagga Daily Advertiser from the pro-refugee lobby have been long on emotion; they have also vented their spleen that Australians should not come first in their own country.

Many of these people purport to be Christians and others are from political parties ( Greens, Labor ) and they say they are striving for social justice.

I would ask these Christians and social justice advocates to take time out to consider other disenfranchised groups within our society ie. those who have fallen down the list of moral worth in the mind of the do-good group. I will refer to one particular disadvantaged group.

Now I have worked in the Northern Territory and other outback places. I recall the Howard Government screaming from the rooftpos about the national crisis regarding the forgotten Aborigines. Up to then, welfare was thrown at them and all was supposed to cure itself.

We still see a shameful situation today even after the so called Government intervention in Aboriginal affairs in the Territory. And I note these problems are just as bad in some areas that have had no attention at all. We note that exploitation of children by pedophiles is still common place; we note drug and alcohol abuse; we note petrol, solvent and glue sniffing, resulting in a mental health crisis; yet inadequate mental health intervention; we see families in a perpetual state of abuse and violence.

Do the refugee advocates really care for the Aborigines? I suspect not.

As it stands these Australians are in no mans land, without hope. There is no place for them in a country of open borders. Whatever is left of their culture will be swept away.

I challenge these so called Christians and others to accept if they have any faith in Jesus, they should also accept the needs and concerns of these forgotten communities, is just as valuable as their pet cause of letting aliens into this stressed land.

To go one step further, maybe one academic do-gooder who joined the Daily Advertiser debate, Dr. Strong ( a social scientist in the world of academia ), can furnish us with some real statistics regarding the plight of these forgotten Australians.

As I certainly wouldn't like to be labelled as someone with racist leanings, I must bring to the debate the reality of injustice within our society. I would challenge those do-gooders in their ivory towers to accompany me on my next tour of duty to remote locations in need; then, come down a few back lanes in our great cities where we shall comfort the unwanted, un-needed and forgotten groups of Australian people.

Some people need to come down from the clouds and wake up and smell the coffee. It may be a long way down to the back lanes of our cities and the riverbeds of the outback from their ivory towers, where they judge all others; but you never know, they just might learn something, or understand what Jesus really meant and how Jesus felt forsaken on the cross.

We note the pontifications of the so called do-gooder groups who tell us they are driven by their love of God and they are merely doing the work of God etc. I find all this a little hard to believe. Yet they strike out at anyone else who comes along with concern for fellow Australians, quite bizarre! The truth of the matter is these refugees and others have far more assistance, services and advocacy lobbies than these forgotten Australians ever had-or ever will have. We need to get things in perspective.

I note finally, Rudd's "closing the gap" agenda, regarding Indigenous affairs. A Productivity Commission report into Indigenous disadvantage revealed there had been no improvement in 80 per cent of the economic and social catagories examined-when it came to child abuse and imprisonment, the situation was actually getting worse rather than better.

Disadvantaged "indigenous" European-Australians are in a dire situation also. What are the refugee and so called social justice advocates doing regarding the plight of these people ? Do these people fall within their Christian outreach ? Are these people not also our "neighbours" who we are commanded to love as ourselves ?

FOOTNOTE:
I do hope the assertions of Weekend Advertiser ( Opinion 20.2.10 ) that "The Media Should Publish Without Fear Or Favour", is a genuine reflection of its commitment to the public. If not, then the natural course of history and democracy are hijacked by prejudice and exclusive vested interset groups.

It is with this concern I forward for publication to Australia First my article "The Egalitarian Society" ( R. Johnson, Wagga Wagga ).

Contract Labour Is Cheap Labour And It Can Now "Legally" Flood Australia!

AUSTRALIAN WORKERS: It Is Time To Fight !

It is now official. Contract labour can be employed ahead of Australian labour, at a cheaper price and there is nothing the Federal Government will do about it. Not only that, the Federal Government says that allowing this to happen is part of the free trade deals that Australia has signed.

Contract labour enters Australia as temporary visa holders. Some aquire that right as part of the overseas student rort; others are part of a mobile pool of labour hired by foreign body-hire companies for employment in Australia. Strong evidence exists that many of these companies are fraught with criminal overtones. Others ( like the Chinese or Vietnamese ones ) are state agencies.

Australian workers cannot look, either to Tony Abbott's Liberal Party ( which started the whole Section 456 and 457 Visa scam ), or to the Greens ( who favour the "rights" of these parasites )-for any sympathy. They must now look to themselves for strength and to a new party like Australia First for political action.

The contract labourers who now number over 70,000 persons are joined by up to 60,000 illegal workers. Numbers have been rising steadily.

The truth revealed.

The truth has been revealed by a report issued by the Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union ( CFMEU ) and to be launched within days. The report, which analyses recent government statements on the visa scheme, finds that Australia is not requiring employers to prefer Australian over foreign workers in hiring-or in retention in case of redundancies. Nor can Australia freely change the list of occupations for which the visas can be granted, nor cap the numbers of visa holders in a particular year. The number on the scheme is set to explode. The CFMEU has approached the Immigration Minister, Chris Evans, in letters and in meetings. Union leader John Sutton said: "What they are saying is that their hands are tied by international obligations under the World Trade Organisation and the Doha round of trade talks. This report has found that that is not the case. We are not bound, but the Rudd Government is totally mesmerised by being seen to support a free-trade agenda internationally.Indeed, all Australian governments are hitched to the globalisers` dream of a borderless world-borderless for goods, capital and workers.

Senator Evans has replied to the CFMEU: "We cannot create legal obstacles for overseas workers or introduce preferential treatment for Australian workers without compromising our international trading position and legal obligations."

Essentially, the globalist dream comes first.

The minimum salary or wage for a visa worker is sometimes 60% of that of an Australian worker.

If employers are no longer even compelled to demonstrate the "need" conclusively, they could sack current workforces on certain pretexts-and rehire aliens.

It is strongly rumoured this may occur at the Burrangong Meat Works in Young.

Cheap labour scourge built the Old Labour Movement.

Obviously, unions like the CFMEU may be compelled to fight the government.

But contract labour involves many unions and occupational representative groups. Mr. "Bunny" Brown of the Australian Long Distance Drivers Association said today:

"Contract labour, hired by the big transport companies, has been common. It denies many ordinary Australian drivers a job and it increases the profitability of the large companies against owner drivers. We have noticed large numbers of contract drivers from Sudan and South East Asia. Some come on trainee schemes and we have been told the government subsidises the scheme. These drivers are not as hounded by the authorities to comply with regulations as are we."

Originally, cheap labour, drawn from the South Pacific and from China, was a factor in fuelling the original Australian trade union movement over 100 years ago. It was a cardinal rule of policy that cheap labour would be refused access to Australia.

All this changed with the globalising "vision" which grew to dominance by 1990. The availability of foreign contract labour-and now even domestic contract labour which enters under the guise of "refugee" and overseas student programs-is too much of a temptation to the dominant class.

Similar problems build similar movements. It is obvious enough that the Labor Party and it's unions are no longer any sort of representative of the working population. However, for Australia First, it is the original model of a united people's movement, which the former Labor Party grew out of-to which we must turn.

People's Action.

The threat of cheap labour may drive tens of thousands of Australian workers into unemployment and continue to deny employment to those who lost jobs in the current economic downturn.

The cheap labour curse is a recipe for unlawful conduct. Australia First could not legally condone those who might break the law in wildcat strikes or actions against such unconscionable scabs, but we could understand the frustration and the anger of people denied a job to support their families.

Whatever occurs, it is time for Australian workers to fight back howsoever they can-through any union or association which is prepared to go the distance industrially and through Australia First, the only political party prepared to say what needs to be said on the political front.

In unity, we will have the Australian people's movement that can ensure Australian Jobs For Australian Workers !

Australian History.

The Editor visited Jerilderie last weekend, to join with other Australians celebrating some of our great Australian history- the Ned Kelly letter event.

It was reported to be an outstanding weekend. The Jerilderie Council published the following:

THE NED KELLY RAID TRAIL:

When Ned came to town in 1879 he was already infamous for the Stringy Bark Creek incident, he was an outlaw with a bounty on his head and orders to "be shot on sight".

Yet he visited Jerilderie in spite of a vow by the NSW Police that he would never cross the border; daringly relieved the bank of NSW of over 2000 pounds, chopped down the telegraph poles, locked the local police in their own cells, booked up the cost of shodding his horses to the NSW Police whilst parading in police uniform, held over 30 hostages and shouted the bar in just 3 short days.

What many readers may be unaware of is that the real purpose for his visit was to publish what is now known as "The Jerilderie Letter" at the Office of the Jerilderie & Urana Gazette. This was his manifesto - an account of his actions, his side of the story, highlighting his plight and the corruption of the law.

Unfortunately for Ned the printer was not home and Living, the Bank of NSW's Teller, promised to hold the letter in safe custody to be passed onto the printer upon his return. However this copy of the letter never surfaced and was not to be printed until over a century later, when it was donated to the State Library as a National Treasure by Bronwyn Binns, wife of Ned Kelly historian Ian Jones.

One of the most appealing facets of this Letter is that it contains a type of humour that sits well with most Australians, however its real worth is that it gives us an insight into the real Ned Kelly - beyond the myth.

The Ned Kelly Raid Trail allows you to walk in the footsteps of the Ned Kelly gang over that fateful weekend. Six of the sites are still extant giving us a small glimpse of the town as it once stood. You can explore the Jerilderie Letter whilst you walk along the
Raid Trail and perhaps you can make the decision -

Ned Kelly hero or outlaw ?

Of course, modern Australian nationalists have no trouble answering the question. We record the resistance of a Patriot, one who noted the oppression of the poor and the corruption of the authorities of the time.

Nothing substantial has changed regarding the abuses of power over the years.

We must resist the traitor class of today, as the patriots throughout our great Australian history have done!

As this great weekend of Australian history at Jerilderie ( Feb 6,7,and 8th 2010 ), gave witness, not a refugee or multiculti advocate in sight. They have no interest in our great Australian history, as it is Australias future they aim to steal. Perhaps next time, they'll be bussed in.

It just confirms there is no such thing as a multiculti society. There is merely a mass of opposing groups connected only by a globalist economy. The real cost here arises from the European-Australian de-culturisation agenda.

YOUNG ABATTOIR : Letter From A Worker

We publish a letter from a worker at Burrangong Meat Works.

The workers were informed last week they do not have jobs and were terminated without notice- over 300 of them. In addition, the meat works claim they do not have any money to pay us.

It is no doubt big news in your region. Your suspicion of it re- opening with contract labour is a possibility. The jobs are unlikely to go to our people- obviously.

The meat works in Wagga, Cargill ( a multi- national company ), use contract labour; we note a lot of Chinese contract labour, and Sudanese labour. They have a heap of Sudanese out there, most who can't speak a word of English. This brings me to work- cover industrial law.

In some of the duties that contract labourers are engaged in at Cargill ( and I'm sure it's the same at other abattoirs around the country ),Workcover requires certain safety regulations to be followed by law. Certain required tickets, including OH&S, forklift licences etc, have to be completed and passed in English only. A friend who works at a local training facility for these required tickets, commented: "Cargill had sent a Sudanese man to get a forklift license but he couldn't speak a word of English. I had to send him away; what do Cargill think it is sending these people here ?; they know Workcover requires these tests to be completed and passed in English only- that is the law."

Maybe this is another angle you can attack some of these contract labour lovers on. The companies should be audited by Workcover, to reveal any breeches of the industrial law. It is a litigation minefield.

These industrial laws apply to our industries. The construction industry, the transport industry etc. All places of work have a duty of care and a chain of responsibility regarding Workplace safety. The companies are liable in the absence of these requirements.

I know the transport industry is highly scrutinised, audited and these laws are regularly enforced to the letter of the law.

Now, what about the illegal immigrants who have been turning up all over the Riverina and beyond ? How can illegal aliens have any of these required tickets ? How could they have OH&S which is a mandatory requirement to even set foot on most of these industries sites ?What about the Sydney construction company, that was caught last month by the immigration department with the illegal immigrant gyprockers ? They rounded them all up. How could those people have had required white or blue cards issued by Workcover ?

You should demand a public enquiry into these practices, and demand companies in breech of Workcover industrial law be prosecuted.

What we have noticed is a rapid increase in contract labour and refugee labour, in all industry. It is getting out of hand in country NSW and I'm sure other places around Australia.

We are also concerned what will happen to safety in the workplace and quality control, not to mention our prospects of getting a job and a decent wage.

I see that Australia First says it's an ethnic cleansing agenda, targeting European- Australian workers. This would be a good time for your people to stir it up in Young. I suspect many of the jobs on some farms in Young are tied up in contract labour. While people's emotions are raw over this situation at Burrangong Meats, we need some comment from Australia First to explain to these people what might have happened to their jobs.

The receivers of Burrangong Meatworks, think they can pull the wool over the workers` eyes. Like we wouldn't have enough intelligence to realise what is going on! They have appointed some spin doctor to address our concerns tomorrow ( or tell us more lies ), but that attitude is just making us more determined. We have to pay our bills and feed our children.

I would appreciate if you could contact me to discuss what you think is going on, or what we should do.

Dr. Short's 'Christian Advocacy" For Refugees And Contract Labour Is Still Propaganda By Another Name: We Reply.

Dr. J. Saleam / N. Favorito

Dr. Mark Short of St Paul's Anglican Church has criticised Australia First Party in the Daily Advertiser ( Wagga Wagga ) ( February 4 ). He has said that we have scapegoated outsiders and have behaved in a way that divides and so forth. He maintains he has upheld his Christian ethics as showing the true way to integrate refugees into this society and to address the problems of contract labour.

Dr. Short said:

"It seems our church is also of interest to the party as we received some comment in one of the first entries on their blog. Apparently it was considered noteworthy that we welcome people of all backgrounds, including African, into our common life. This surprises me. We are just a normal Christian church who believes that when Jesus gave us a command to "love your neighbour as yourself" he didn't add a footnote restricting its application to people of certain races, ages or backgrounds."

When a church interferes in politics - and the refugee program is politics and not some exercise in secular social concern - then criticism follows. The Christianity Dr Short puts up here is different in form from the one our forefathers, having embraced as it has, the new social agendas of the Australian liberal elites. We do not agree that Jesus preached unconditional acquiescence in injustice nor that love of one's neighbour implied extirpating one's own identity to win a brownie point in heaven. Our forefathers were Christians when they enacted the famous White Australia Policy and we doubt they are in hell.

In our view, there are Christians and Christians. Dr. Short's interpretation of scripture is simply - not ours. Nor is it that of a wide sector of Australians.

Dr. Short has raised an important point:

"My personal concern with the extreme right is that they offer inadequate solutions to real issues. Take contract labour, for example. If there is exploitation taking place in the system surely we need to address it directly, rather than scapegoat the very group ( immigrants and refugees ) who on Dr Saleam's own account are the victims rather than the causes of such exploitation."

Dr. Short is dead right. These contract labourers are, in one way, victims too. They do jobs underpriced, and are ripped off by their own and by unscrupulous employers, suffer long periods away from their loved ones and live in poor conditions. Our Australian "capitalist" system lets that happen.

We could ask, if we may be so bold, why such fine folks ever allowed themselves to be in a situation where they would disadvantage us ? Now, they might be desperate in their own way, but they still chose to come and effectively cheat us.

They are no saints either.

But we will not allow Dr. Short to suggest that we are blaming them alone. We are not. The great sin of contract labour is commited by those who profit by it and the Australian State which allows it to be.

Dr. Short said:

"Surely we need to ensure they have the language and other skills to be aware of their rights and obligations. Surely we need to support their emerging leaders so they can contribute to Australia through a wide range of community groups and professions."

Yes, but despite the lies of the union bureaucrats, they are cheap labour ultimately. They are easy labour and they undermine our system of labour - which was the very aim of the capitalists behind it. It matters not what skills they have with our language. Further, we are not interested in their emerging leaders. What ? We thought they were supposed to go home ? Contribute to what? To breaking what little is left of our trade union workforce and the achievements of our great labour movement of a centuary ago?

Dr. Short said:

"This is what we are doing and many others are seeking to do, and if Dr. Saleam wants to partner with us he's welcome to come down to Wagga and join me for a cuppa and chat. I'm sure he knows where to find me. Treating a person or group as outsiders and scapegoating them offers a tantalising but temporary relief for a community experiencing conflict or stress. Temporary, because in the end the real issues have not been addressed and they simply re - emerge."

No, no Dr. Short. We want the contract labourers gone - gone home. We want their jobs filled by a re - unionised Australian workforce. We want Centerlink unemployment rules restructured and we want university and TAFE rules recrafted such that Australian students can earn an income in regional Australia on a part time basis.

The real issue is globalisation and the loss of Australian economic independence. We know that. We want the protection of all Australian industry and the provision of a secure domestic market for the produce of Australian industry and labour.

No scapegoating here!

What we see in Dr. Short's criticism of Australia first - and in our reply - is that the battle lines are being drawn between those who think Australian and those who do not.

They may put it any way they like, but when they argue against us, these anti Australians create their own propaganda.

Dr. Short's church is engaged in justifying the unjustifiable and the culture busting of the Australian community in the Riverina. He seeks to impose not just contract labour, but "refugees" upon the area.

Let us conclude on this: we believe the treaties on refugees must be repudiated and refugees assisted to return home - with the intervention of the Australian military and other services in their homelands to facilitate their re - integration into their own countries.

We will go further. Certain Christians wish to "share" the bounties of Australia. Okay. We might pledge to establish a fund for the re-settling of refugees - from the assets of their former advocates in Australia! The expropriation of the liberal do - good group is not "legal" as matters stand today; but Australia may decend to real political and social disorder long before the political victory of the nationalists. Indeed, that is fairly certain. At that future time all might be possible. We have no problem with such a radical solution because we understand that the liberal group in Australia, having fought us tooth and nail for decades, would continue to do so after our political victory. Not all are motivated as is Dr. Short by the love of Jesus. Perhaps someone might write that we intend to scapegoat the liberal clergy too? Like the sometimes unquoted Jesus; we bring not peace - but a sword!

WHEN I RETURN FROM YOUNG!

I am currently following closely the story in Young and the "sudden" closure of the abattoirs there.

The supposed sale of the abattoirs, that "fell" through, ( last minute ).

The "alleged" theft of 5 computer hard drives, from the office at Burrangong Meats , 3 days before the closure ?

No money to pay the Australian workers ?

A host of other curiosities, surrounding the abattoir.

Potential "new" buyers, on the horizon ?

We smell a rat !

Australia First will be keeping a close eye on developments, my editor is doing that job first hand.

Australia First wonders: will a "new" buyer, employ the redundant Australian workers ? Or is this another contract labour scam and was that the agenda all along ?

Let's hope the sacked workers get paid ? Good luck to the workers and we wish them well in attaining future employment, with proper wages and conditions. But in light of the ever - growing plague of the contract labour game, this could prove difficult.

All this on top of the recent closure of the Mudgee , Forbes, and Harden abattoirs. It is starting to form a curious pattern. Is it the begining of the end of Australian abattoir workers and Australian jobs, in country Australia.

Australia First outed Burrangong Meats about 7 years ago when they took to employing contract labour with all sorts of delicious subsidies provided because they were "refugees". This attack upon Young workers was even made subject of a telemovie which aired on SBS. The movie even took time to libel an Australia First leader for our opposition to the program.

Australia First warns the Young community to be very vigilant and to contact us with any news as to the fate of the abattoir.

Government "Blows Off - Shore Processing Budget"

A FLOOD OF ASYLUM SEEKERS HAS BLOWN THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT'S IMMIGRATION DETENTION BUDGET,

Opposition immigration spokesman Scott Morrison said the Government had been forced to more than double the money it allocated in the budget for offshore immigration "processing".

"In the May budget the Rudd Government had allocated $125 million for offshore processing", he said in a statement on Thursday.

"However additional estimates figures reveal the Government is now asking for another $132 million for this work, an increase of more than 100 per cent".

The claim comes on top of the arrival of another boatload of "asylum seekers" in Australia's northern waters on Thursday, and fears the detention centre at Christmas Island will be unable to cope with further arrivals.

Initial indications suggest 89 passangers and four crew were on board.

It is the 10th "asylum seeker" boat to be intercepted this year! ( with 602 people on board ). Bringing the total number of "asylum seekers" on Christmas Island to over 1800 people.

"Barely a day after 89 "asylum seekers" were flown to the mainland in a futile effort to reduce overcrowding on Christmas Island, another 89 "asylum seekers" plus three crew are on their way to take their place! ",Mr. Morrison said.

Christmas Island sure is a "factory producing mental illness". If you are the Australian tax payer footing the bill, you would be feeling quite mentally ill by now.

All that Australian money could be doing a lot for Australias run down hospital system, Australian jobs, Housing etc. No wonder KRudd can't afford to pay for the care of our elderly Australian folk.

UPDATE:
Australia First predicts: The Merak, with more than 240 Tamils on board, refusing to disembark at a Javanese port, where it has remained for over 4 months, will be headed for Australia by the end of the month. As the Indonesians have lost patience with the issue ( as previously predicted by Australia First ).

Roll up roll up, everyones a winner, except the Australian tax payer and Australian identity.
